Introduction

The Teacher Education Assessment Management System (TEAMS) Committee was formed to review educator preparation program data and make recommendations for program improvement based upon the data analysis. The TEAMS Committee meets annually to review the NWOSU Educator Preparation Provider (EPP) data. A sub-committee conducted a preliminary analysis of the data and drafted recommendations for both the initial (undergraduate) and advanced (graduate) programs to the entire TEAMS Committee at the annual meeting.

The sub-committee met on February 28, 2024 to review data from 2022-2023. Those in attendance were:

Community Members- Dr. Tim Argo, Superintendent Alva Public Schools; Delaney Lambert and Madelyn Atchley, undergraduate student representatives; Megan Brown, graduate student representative Ponca City Public Schools.

NWOSU Administration/Personnel—Kaylyn Hansen, Director of Assessment & Institutional Effectiveness; Dr. James Bell, Vice President for Academic Affairs; Dr. Shawn Holliday, Dean of Graduate Studies; Melissa Brown, Graduate Studies Enrollment and Retention Coordinator.
